Program Policies

The following program policies apply to all programs offered by the Midwife Method which will collectively be called 'Website' with the exception of all programs owned by Birth Emergency Skills Training®. In this case, the Midwife Method is simply hosting these programs and is in no way responsible for them.

By joining any program created by the Midwife Method including all programs offered under the 'Thriving through Pregnancy' or 'Thriving through Midwifery' program categories, whether purchased or for free, you are agreeing to the following program policies. 

First and Foremost, by engaging in the Website, you are agreeing to the Terms of Use and Disclaimer and the Privacy Policies as stated on this website. Please review them if you have not yet done so. 

Code of Conduct

You may not use the Midwife Method website or programs for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. In addition to the all United State, and state laws you also agree to comply with all local laws that apply to your use of the Website.

• You agree to act in kind and courteous ways to all your fellow users as the ultimate purpose of the website is inform and uplift pregnant people.
• You may not use the Website in any manner which could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Website, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Website.
• You agree that you are responsible for your own conduct and communications while using the Website and for any consequences of that use.
• You agree that when using the Website, you will not post or upload any inappropriate, promotional, defamatory, destructive, obscene, or unlawful content; defame, abuse, harass, or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others or upload dangerous or harmful files.
• You agree not to share your login and username to anyone nor share any materials on the Website with anyone and to keep them for your personal use only. 

*The Midwife Method reserves the right to remove individuals from our community in instances of misconduct.

Personal Responsibility

You aim to accurately represent the information provided to us on or through our Website. You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily in using our Website and that you are solely and personally responsible for your choices, actions and results, now and in the future. You accept full responsibility for the consequences of your use, or non-use, of any information provided on or through this Website, and you agree to use your own judgment and due diligence before implementing any idea, suggestion or recommendation from our Website to your life, family or business.

Purchases and Subscriptions

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Website (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, phone number, email address, physical address, credit card information and geographic location. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information on how we use your personal information. Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis as outlined on the sales and check out pages of the product. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis as per the subscription agreement.

Lifetime Access

When purchasing or subscribing to the Midwife Method Website including all programs or subscriptions offered by the Midwife Method, you are given lifetime access to the content. Lifetime access is dependent on the continued existence of the Website and all it's materials and can be discontinued at any time. We encourage you to fully engage with the Website while you have use of it.

Access will be revoked if payment and/or payments and/or recurring payments are declined as specified in the Declined Payments section of this page. 

No Guarantees

the Midwife Method exists to educate, support, assist, and guide you in reaching your own goals, but your success depends primarily on your own effort, motivation, commitment and follow-through. The Midwife Method cannot predict and does not guarantee that you will attain a particular result, and you accept and understand that results differ for each individual. Each individual’s results depend on his or her unique background, dedication, desire, motivation, actions, and numerous other factors. You fully agree that there are no guarantees as to the specific outcome or results you can expect from using the information you receive on or through this Website or within it's educational platform.

No Refunds

No refunds will be provided for any programs created or offered by the Midwife Method. Participation is voluntary and by participating, you acknowledge that no refunds are given for any reason. 

Call Cancellations or no show

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of scheduled call and in written format. Otherwise, payment will be forfeited. 

Declined Payment

You will be notified of declined payment by email and will be given the opportunity to correct the situation and pay monies owed. If this is not done within 7 days, your access to the Website will be suspended or revoked. 

Office Hours

the Midwife Method office hours are between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday unless otherwise posted. We will attempt to respond to requests within 3 business days. Please be patient as we are a small team.

Complaints and Grievances

Discounts

Periodically and in specific circumstances, discounts will be offered. In order to receive a discount, specific criteria must be met and specific link must be used in order to receive a discount. the Midwife Method is dedicated to providing the Website and educational programs to all people seeking them thus we offer periodic promotional and  discounted rates to help broaden access to these Materials.
