Creating and Maintaining a Positive Mindset is the foundation of our program and becomes an anchor to you through the massive changes pregnancy brings. Taking the time needed to cultivate a pregnancy mindset now, allows everything else to fall into place and makes pregnancy not only more manageable but dare I say, enjoyable and even transformative!
By cultivating the garden of our minds with purposeful focus or intention on ~ positivity ~ we shape our perceptions, responses and ultimately create the reality of our choosing.
By consciously choosing to develop and maintain a positive mindset, we willingly release negativity and take control over our own experiences and the course of our lives.
The brain is habitual, once you forge, clear and re-use a new pathway (new way of thinking, perceiving, responding), the brain will continue to use that new pathway and allow old patterns to gradually fade away. By fully participating in this program, you will consciously develop a new habit of positive thinking which unlocks optimism, creativity, joy and solutions to life's problems. With continued practice over the course of your pregnancy, this will become the go to way of thinking and responding... creating a whole new self and outlook on life.

We got you covered, we understand that the lives of new mothers are busy but we also know how valuable it can be to take 20-30 minutes a day to nourish ourselves so we can nourish those around us. This is an essential practice to develop during pregnancy and we will teach you easy ways to incorporate the lessons you learn into your daily routine.
